Top 4 reasons you may not be able to load into your back hip in the backswing:

All 4 reasons can cause you to sway and lose efficiency in the golf swing.

🏌️‍♂️Lack of trail hip Internal Rotation ROM, looking for at least 31 degrees
🏌️‍♂️ Lack of ankle eversion ROM or loaded control. We are looking for the weight to be on the inside of your back foot here.
🏌️‍♂️Lack of strength. Particularly the gluteus medius (others including hamstrings, quadriceps, abdominals/obliques
